About the Event

Everyone will be emailed the Zoom Class Link after the live class, and the link will expire in 3 days.

​

The Zoom class will open 5 min prior to the class start time.

Students will not be admitted 10 min after the class start time.

​For class, please have a yoga mat, and if possible, two blocks, a strap, and a blanket.

Props are not required, however they will enhance your experience and help shapes be more accessible in your body.

Don’t have props? Get creative! Books are great yoga block substitutes. Pillows are wonderful for resting postures.
